Combining a good Search Engine Optimization Strategy with Social Media Marketing definitely shows results. Showing above are Google Search page rankings for my site, after one month of executing a comprehensive strategy, based on the keyword phrases that I chose to target.
By researching and targeting keywords that a) have a reasonable amount of search traffic, and b) have a low number of competitors, I was able to increase my monthly traffic by over 2000 visitors, and my keywords put me on the first page of Google for 16 of my keyword phrases and combinations.
