The subscription includes the $100 up front "EXPRESS" fee that will be billed initially, and then the monthly service fee will begin 30 days from that point.

If you already have a web site ...
One of the things we'll need to do is update your hosting records so that the URL point to where your new website will be. We will also discuss which elements of your existing site we'll move to the new site, and we'll set up what are known as "Permanent Redirects" so that anyone currently linking to your old pages will be directed to the new ones (if the names change.)
We'd also like to have copies of all the assets used for your current site. All files, pictures, graphics, and content. If your site was developed in flash, we'll need the original text documents for the content. We don't work with flash - we can get someone else to extract the information if need be, but that may end up costing a bit more. The closer to the original we can get, the better - original photos, images, content - so that we can do the necessary editing ourselves.

We need everything you can give us - photos, images, content - anything you have that is relevant to marketing your organizations. This will help with the initial research phases for SEO and will also serve as a good foundation for the initial structure and development of the site. When we get in touch, these are the things we'll be discussing and requesting. Materials can be send via email or we can set up a dedicated FTP site for you for those items that may be very large.
If you need items photographed, or if you need custom designed images, those can be provided. Please note that some of those items may require an additional fee if they are very complex of if there are licensing issues.
