Do It Yourself - Step 1: A shiny new web site!
The core piece to the Internet Presence of any company or organization is the web site.
Traditionally, the way to get a website included:
There are advantages and disadvantages to all those approaches ranging from the amount of time you will need to spend, lack of control over your site, and nickel & dime fees for every little change that needs to be done.
Our system does away with the disadvantages, and provides you with a web site over which you have full control, won't cost you thousands of dollars to get started (and even more $$$ to make changes), and on which you will not have to spend any more time than you want to spend.
Oh yeah - the interface for the client is DRAG & DROP - you can easily move things around, change the overall design of the site, add widgets and other modules, both internally available and those you can find all over the web. It takes a little bit of getting used to, but we can set up remote sessions so that you work on your computer and we can watch and show you what to do.

- build one yourself (after figuring out how to set up the hosting, registering the domain, accessing the FTP site, etc.)
- hire someone else to do it (and probably pay too much)
- get a relative to do it for you (six months later, still no web site)

Search Engine Optimization - SEO - everyone has heard of it, there is a ton of information about it online, but there are only a few who really understand all the necessary components.

There is no point in building a website that no one will see.
So, what are all those steps? Well here is a quick summary:

Step 3: Social Media!
The term "Social Media" is a mouthful - it encompasses many, many aspects of marketing, advertising, and engagement. And, the term expands almost daily. If you look at the picture to the left, you see just a fraction of all the sites, services, and tools that are considered to be part of "social media" - and you can begin to understand why some companies have full-time "Social Media Managers"
Well, now you can have one too ...
Keep in mind - "Social Media" is not really a new idea. It's basically 'networking' but using tools, tactics, and techniques that go beyond the local Chamber of Commerce meeting or putting flyers onto the windshields of cars at the mall.
Just like with SEO, there are a number of steps involved with setting up the "Social Media" aspect of your web presence. They include:
Many sites ignore the "media" part - video is a powerful tool for marketing on the web. We can help you put together videos, edit them, and present the look and feel you want for your audience.
Of course, we'll be incorporating everything we learned during Step 2 into what and how and where and when into your Social Media efforts as well. It's all connected - or rather - it should be all connected. When it isn't, you lose effectiveness.
